Its 18 rooms are bungalows or palapas built in the traditional style of the area combining a rustic construction with fine finishes and excellent installations. The hotels is managed by its owners and it is a member of Mexico Boutique Hotels and The Charming Hotels of the World. The 18 rooms are distributed in two groups- each one around a swimming-pool. The Superior rooms are closer to the beach and they guarantee more privacy and quietness because children are not allowed in these rooms. The hotel also has a restaurant/a reading or games room/a terrace with hammocks/2 swimming-pools and a pool-bar.

The rooms have been built combining local rustic architecture with fine finishes and excellent installations. This type of room is located close to the second lagoon-style pool. Some rooms have 2 double rooms and some have a king-size bed. All rooms have a terrace or balcony with the typical Yucatecan hammocks/a wide bathroom with shower/2 basins and WC/telephone. 1 rollaway allowed. MAX OCCUPANCY ? 4.
Superior Garden-view Room
Superior Garden-view Room- Every room is an individual bungalow with a 7 meter-high palapa -palm tree leaves- roof. The rooms have been built combining local rustic architecture with fine finishes and excellent installations. This type of room is located closer to the beach than standard rooms with garden view; some of them have partial sea view. All Superior garden-view rooms have 2 double beds/a terrace or balcony with the typical Yucatecan hammocks and a comfortable exterior sofa/a wide bathroom with shower/2 basins and WC/telephone/coffee-maker and hair-dryer. Directions
To reach Holbox island by car from Cancun one must first drive to Chiquila where you will take a passenger boat to Holbox island. From Cancun you have to take the free road Cancun-Merida and at -Ignacio Zaragoza or El Ideal- the crossing that indicates the deviation Chiquila and Holbox. It is very important to take the ?Libre/toll-free-road- since the toll highway does not have an exit to Chiquila. You will pass the villages Kantunilkin/Solferino and finally Chiquila. The trip is about 2.5 hours long leaving from Cancun and 3.5 hours from Merida. You should also know that mobile phones do not have a signal on this road.
