My name is Mariana and I live in a Mexican sort of isolated State from mainland Mexico:
We are the Cinderella of the Pacific, Mexican Capital of Wine, and haven for scientists,
we have amazingfood. The place where you can also find adventure, the home of the
starting point for the Baja 500 and 1000, spectacular sport fishing, whale watching,
architecture, aquaculture. Birthplace of the margaritaand fish taco. California surfing
beer brewing influence. Multiple nationality heritage.
When I first started to work as a tour guide it was meant to be a college job while
I was in school. Well, Ibecame pretty passionate about it and studied a BA and dedicated
my life to improving the quality intours and customer service and attention.
Not to mention a never-ending exploration of my city.
You see, my passion for my region is great, our food, our wine, our artisan beer,
beaches, our crafts andour coastline is amazing. My plan is to show you Ensenada the way
I live it and hopefully get good wordof mouth and good reviews so we can increase the number of quality guides and tours for everyone.
For the last 13 years I have been involved in tourism, it's wonderful to get to know my fellow locals that
are accomplishing great things, from Scientific research, to the culinary arts, wine, extreme tours and
experience. So, when you visit Ensenada, we make sure you get special treatment because we take good
vibrations to every business that is working hard to make its guests happy and ethically represent
I love to show people around in tours, write and have fun making videos about Ensenada, I was an
Advanced English teacher for 4 years for high school and also gave private Spanish lessons to native
English speakers . I also am a local body boarder and know most of the local spot and equipment rental
Ensenada born and raised with an interesting mix of heritage. My father is American from St. Louis, MO
and my mom is local. So, I’m between both worlds in a ways.
I currently work as Tour Manager for Playa Sol Tours tour operator for CCL (Carnival Cruise Lines), where

choose to see the historical areas and old architecture, enjoy local eats,
beer taste some local brew, shop or a combination of everything.
La Bufadora and City Sights.
Amazing sightseeing over coastline, museum visits and local
spots off the beaten road.
On this excursion you will be able to take a ride around Ensenada's coastline to visit the phenomenon of
La Bufadora, which is a natural sea spout that accompanies the ocean's swell. The bigger the wave the
bigger the splash. There is a huge flea market when it comes to shopping, where you can find authentic
Mexican silver brought from Taxco in the state of Guerrero, original basket weaving, great food stands
and nature sightseeing that is absolutely unique. Driving through beach communities and learning about
the different micro climates that exist in Ensenada, as well as its nature life (flora and fauna). Once back
