Most non-Latinos shy away from elotes for some reason, probably because they have never tried one. Once you do, you're hooked! Basically it is fresh cooked corn right off the cob with butter, cheese, lime and chili sauce. Steaming hot and a great snack.

Coctelotes serves:
Traditional elotes: (butter, cheese, lime and chili sauce)
Elotes with zucchini
Elotes with shrimp & clam broth.
